Before Christmas, I finally printed off all the pictures on my cameras of my family's last two summers. Put some pics into a couple collages (going to figure out where to hang them up later), and filled up some albums. Writing descriptions n' stuff beside the pictures took soooooo long. All the while, I kept thinking about how I would tell my dad about the places we had been. I imagined showing him the albums, telling him who the people were with us, and describing the places to him.. I imagined what it would have been like if he was there with us. My mind wandered and I imagined pretending to be mad at my dad for not being there at my graduation..
Christmas itself was pretty nice though! Lots of nice food and presents. c:
I couldn't help but think about the people missing though. It's been years, but I still miss my dad.
@WuKong Yeah ok, why don't you cry about it in to your new pillow, I'll be making music with my new computer and piano keyboard, while playing SSB on my new Wii U
What a waste of resources
lol @DrRomance is really salty lately... I wonder what happened to the poor guy? It's a real shame he has to act like an asshat to everyone on the forums to make himself feel better
OT: I got a really nice chair for my desk and a really comfortable pillow. That was all I wanted lol.
@Twilicious Wow! Not 1 book guys, TWO BOOKS I could not be more jealous of your Christmas
edit: Haha How about have a sense of humor instead of crying @guyaboveme
homie I still got yo back. Yall are just jelous because he got beats and jordans for Christmas and you got books!
I spent time with my boyfriend's side of the family this year. We traveled to northern British Columbia.
The first night we walked around on this big frozen lake and the people that lived on the lake were out serving hot apple cider and there was even a fire going. It was pretty nice.
The second day we went cross country skiing. On Christmas Eve, I went snowboarding for the first time and had a ton of fun- I only fell badly once, and even then it was pretty minor. Then we went over to his grandmother's for dinner and had some authentic German dish that I can't recall the name of, but it was tasty.
On Christmas we opened presents. I got a fancy new keyboard and a few other things. Later that day my boyfriend and I went skinny dipping in the hot tub which was pretty awesome to be in while it was snowing.
I'm still not back home yet, but it's been a pretty awesome mini vacation <3
My holidays were a lot better than I had expected. I tried to get everyone in my immediate family a meaningful gift and I didn't expect anything in return. I still got two new books, from my young sister of all people, yay!

Incredible experience, would love to do it again.

however I havent worked out in a week, been eatting alot of junk and have become a lazy unproductive slob
kinda excited for the break to end and everything to turn back to normal
Gaming and eating the first week. Next week I'm gonna be more productive.

Funny actually. I personally would LOVE to have gotten TWO BOOKS for Christmas. What did you get for Christmas? Some more doses of rudeness? :O
