Keep in mind that you can only see your own skills and damage dealt while fighting bosses, so it wont be as bad as it seems.

well there's a pop-up screen kind of thing that automatically teleports you to the map, available to all level 30+ players.
And even though lower level players can't really deal much damage to the boss, they can make good use of the mounted weapons to deal fixed damage to the boss.

Well, if people are using notebooks, I can understand why you would say that..

And I'm fairly sure we'll be able to turn skills and such off by then. Or they'll be turned off by default as certain other bosses already have.
