Good headphone recommendations

Hai basil, could you guys give me some good headphone recommendations? My old ones got stolen the other day so I need new ones >.<

And please don't say Beats.

But just for saying that, there are gonna be people saying Beats. Oh well.

- Over-Ear headphones (On-Ear is fine tho),
- price range is just $100 - $200 (Unless there are really good cheap ones),
- preferably sales with Black Friday and all but not needed,
- listen to everything (metal, jazz, electro, dubstep, rap, rock, rnb, soul, everything). So I guess just headphones that are well-rounded and good for all types of music
- also sound doesn't leak so I can listen to it at a loud-ish volume without everyone hearing it.
- also good for mobile use

I've got a pair of Crossfade M-80's myself, and if you feel the cable is an issue, they include an extra long cable for home use and a more reasonable length cable for on-the-go listening. The cables are also Kevlar-reinforced and feature a nice 45 degree plug. The build is about as solid as it gets, its sound is great all around for any type of music, and the isolation is, I feel, at the perfect balance for street use in terms of safety and environment awareness (always baffles me that people want zero outside noise). It stretches your budget a little bit at $230, but I purchased mine when they were $200, might come around again.

I was considering the ATH-M50's cuz a lot of ppl said they were good but they're really bulky and with the coiled cable it might be annoying to use walking around and at school or going out and what not.

Just bought another pair as a gift, since it was only $50 (or $40, if you were super lucky) on Amazon during Black Friday.[/quote]

I was pissed when I found out I missed the deal for $40 for the headphones. I mean, for those things $50 is still a steal, but $40 would have made my week.

@BuidnessMan: Just cuz they're really expensive for the quality they give. I had a pair of Solos (which are the ones that got stolen) which were good but I don't wanna buy another pair. They were partly broken too. Not great build quality.

@DayServant: Yeah I was thinking of getting them since they were on sale that much, but I wasn't sure if they were really good or not.

Well if you didn't know bestbuy bought futureshop a while ago, so those headphone you chose will be the smae price, and yes you should probably get those now. They are $80.00 off.

Bose, you probably won't get them because they don't look "swag", just makes sure that the ones you choose are working properly, ex. no buzzing noises, working bass, strong and durable frame, doesn't hurt your ears after prolonged usage etc.

Lot more information you're gonna need to provide, buddy. Price range, what music you listen to, IEMs or over-ears, etc.

Get a good pair of klipsch s4's, great sound for a fairly good price ($50 off of Amazon)

I also reccomend sol republics tracks if you want a great pair of on-ear headphones (great bass and works well on the higher range)
