I'm having a hard decision to choose one

GreatRomantic

Genghis Khan is stronger than Exploud.

For the most part, nothing but Boomburst.
Outside of access to that one attack (which it also gets STAB on), Kangaskhan is indeed the better choice, which to me is unfortunate since I actually like Exploud better (even have a Shiny one caught back in Ruby).

@ereckgoose: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fdfWMJ3JVuk Go to 6:10-ish and look for mega Kangaskhan's power-up punch.

I think the trick is that if a move is used twice by it, then the effect is given twice. That's where I was misled. It's only a situation where an attack is used twice appaerently

@DrHye: It's still considered 1 pokemon, even though there are two. If you really wanted exp boost, you would have to play with it via pokemon amie and/or have it from a trade.

@Archfiendz: I saw a battle on YouTube with a mega Khangaskan. I'll check it later maybe and see if there's an in-battle scenario that can verify it
Doesn't it also experience stat boosts/reductions twice at a time (which could be good or bad)?

OT: I like Exploud, but Khangaskan is the clear superior choice for any competitive battling
As far as I know kangaskan only gets single stat reductions. Couldnt find anything on google that said otherwise.
It's mega evolution form has a special skill where you attack twice because the baby attacks as well, but only 50% damage. I think it's pretty cool to hit double,
just think of it as a thief's shadow partner.
Kangashkan with a full IV and EV trained attack stat can devastate and non physical wall or ghost type with fake out (+mega evo) and with mega evo power up punch is like a damaging swords dance. Of course if you already have a mega evo on your team then DONT use kangashkan because without mega evo it sucks.
On the other hand Exploud is good at nothing. It has a good movepool but TERRIBLE stats to back it up.
