Korra lt33333

Am I the only who thought that the feels in Korra was better than Avatar? I hope they re continue the series a couple of years later. S4 was amazing.

@Pashmimi: Yea really different as in one sucks and the other doesn't.

@Ness @Avatar glad I am not the only one who noticed it.
You are the only one. Legend of Korra is crap and she is a horrible avatar. Anyone get any lesbo vibes from that last episode?
That's literally one of the reasons it's being hailed and thanked by a lot of people. Like me. KORRASAMI YES

I wouldn't say it's better. I like to look at ATLA and LoK as two different shows, simply because they're... well, really different.

Well at least we know the real reason why korra cut her hair short...

IMO Korra was just </3. I only continued to watch it for the other characters like Bolin : D. Korra is like the weakest & most emotionally disturbed Avatar that we know.

You're not the only one. LoK was better imo because it felt more mature and realistic. I really liked ATLA, but I felt as if it didn't quite portray all the small details of how the bending world would truly be like how LoK did. Probending, explaining what the avatar really was, how character development tied in with bending ability, LoK did an amazing job with that. I do understand why many people would say ATLA was better and that LoK wasn't that great, but imo, LoK connected more and felt a lot more real.

Korra has amazing art but weaker writing, so overall, I prefer ATLA. The one thing I looked forward to since TLOK was announced was seeing how the fire nation turned out, and that didn't happen at all. I will give Bryke credit for coming up with Varrick though. That guy alone can carry the show.
Errrrm I can't say it's better. Animated better sure, but the story quality is so much better in ATLA. The story flows much better. Season 1 is kind of disconnected from the rest (Not sure if they only planned one season because that would explain).
Your guess is spot on. Nick didn't grant a season 2 until season 1 was fully written. It was also Nick's idea for each season/book to have its own villain, which is why we didn't get a more continuous story.

Bending in LoK is jelly compare to TLA. Dat raw primal power is just not there IMO.

TLA was better in terms of story and dialogue but LoK wasn't bad.

S2 might have been more tragic but S1 still had stronger feels.

When I think about it, there's more tragedies in Korra than in The Last Airbender.
