Less than 500$ with merching and reselling items. Got me to be able to solo v2s and almost solo empress before unleashed hit

1,000$ (ish) played since 2006. first bought nx in 2007, last bought nx in 2012

I've spent like 350$ and can solo zak and hillia in like 2 minutes

played about 7 years and spent about 150$

Most likely around $200.

If I had to guess, somewhere around $3,000 since 2006.
I recently crossed 1mil range self-buffed, and I can solo most bosses. (it has also let me become a huge chair / nx hoe...)

About $1.2k total But this game has entertained me for 6 years so i dont see any harm in it

I've probably spent like around (including money that I've gotten for free but still used to buy nx) $800 dollars in the past 7 or 8 years (I think it was) of playing. That's only like 8 - 10 dollars a month, so it actually isn't bad in reality.

$2000 - $3000 over a course of two years with a range well over 1mil as a db.

Bought one miracle cube and felt like it was a waste so never bought one again.
I guess I'm a pretty impressive mid-funded bishop.

$200 on this game, though it mainly went to cosmetics, RLH, and 3 permanent pets.

@CaptCandy: No, there was no way we could take $$$ payments, or paypal, so we took Xbox live/Playstation plus membership cards, Microsoft points, Karma Koins, and UGC payments. I got Playstation and KK, he got Xbox and UGC. It's not exactly buying NX, I feel like the only way you're REALLY buying NX is if you physically pull the money out of your pocket. I do understand where you're coming from, but when you think that far in to it, people buying NX with meso are technically still buying NX with $$ because Meso could be converted to $$, correct? Maybe not legitimately, but hypothetically speaking, it could be done.

I guess to sum it up, you could say, potential money =/= actual money. Just because you can, doesn't mean you will. I use stuff like this to fund myself in Maple without cutting in to my actual living expenses. I essentially do nothing to boost people, racking in a nice sum of funding, while going about my daily routine. It's not coming out of my salary at work, and it's not taking away from money for myself or my girlfriend and our future family.

@Spyro: Taking NX as a payment over $$$ is a form of buying NX, by replacing some $$$ income with NX, so it's still some $$$ lost to NX.

But then again, at everyone who spent $$$ on this game, did it save in the form of time saved = more time to spend elsewhere that actually makes $$$?

@Cincinna: Yeah, I buy nx because I'm somewhat obsessed with getting a higher range, which is why I almost always spend my nx only on improving my equips

@fiftybang: Actually, I had a small business set up with a friend, boosting people on PS3 and Xbox, one of the payments we took was NX... I could make a couple thousand worth of NX in a week, sometimes as much as $300 in a single day. I've got a lot of friends that have seen it, including @paying

If it makes you feel any better, over $3000 in the past 8 years, and I've gotten a 232k range so far... Granted 90% of it was on Royal/Allstar hair and eyes... and like 7 perma pets... Dx

$35. I never bought cubes or tried to fund myself or anything whenever I had NX. You need way more than 35k NX to get something good out of cubes anyway...I used NX to change my skin color/face/buy NX clothes.

0$, got a 16k-21k range, just too lazy to merch my stuff, got lots of mastery books, I should merch those.

$500, and I can solo Hilla in about 7.5 minutes. Haven't been to the other bosses to tell.

I only spent 1 NX, that's all. I used MaplePoints for the other stuffs.

Lets see now... Let me go grab my calculator... Add 377... Carry the one... Divide by the square root of Pi... All in all, ive spent a grand total of $0.00 and im proud of it. Im far enough along with my Aran to solo reg Zak in just under a minute, Czak goes down solo without too much trouble either. HT takes a quick minute, but gets got too... Hitting ~1m-1.5m per line on my Aran is fun. Granted Aran are super easy to hit high on, but i still think that for an entirely free player ive done an awfully good job.

Most of it was from when I first started. I use to buy so much NX clothes lol.

Right now I maybe get NX once every so often but definitely not as much as I use to.

I'd say it was all worth it because of all the fun I've had over these years!

I've been playing since '05. The only times I've ever purchased NX was during the summer of '12 and on last summer's Marvel Machine. I've spent less than $400 - most likely around the $300 mark - and I wouldn't say it's gotten me very far. I could be doing a lot better for myself had I been smarter about what I was doing.

$0 so far. Apparently I can solo HT and maybe Czak, but my computer lags me too much to even give it a shot.

@LuuIsGreat: I am somewhat happy (though I want to take up merching so I can spend a little less but I never have enough control and patience to merch), and I realize that once I quit there are some ways to make about 2/3 of the money that I spent back. I just find it somewhat uncomfortable with how big a number it is, and like $1700 of it has been in the past year
