help i cant get my contact lens out

So I've been trying to remove my soft contacts for the past hour to very little success - I haven't worn them since last September and bought a new box yesterday. I put lots of lubricating drops in my eye and made my fingers as dry as humanly possible and I'm starting to freak out
Don't really want to have to wake my parents up at 2am to get them to drive me to the drugstore to buy contact suction things... what should I do?

relax and just try and pinch them out. your contacts should become a little dry if you keep your eyes open long enough. when that happens, then pinch it a little and take it out. If that doesnt work then maybe the contact isnt even there. One time i tried taking out my contact in one eye for like 3 minutes but it turns out it wasnt even there and had fallen out some time before lulz.
I've slept in my contacts for 5 months and nothing happened. I know it wasn't a good idea but I think they overexaggerate the whole "You could damage your eyes thing" so that you pay more for the ones you can sleep in.
people always told me that they will dry out in your eyes and they will stick to your eye when you fall asleep with them in...

Funny, usually my contacts are close to popping out when it's dry Q__Q
Have you tried straight up lifting the contacts from under with your fingers?

What I do:
Use one hand's thumb and forefinger to hold your eye lid open.
Use the other hand's thumb and forefinger in a pinching figure.
Reach in and have your finger and thumb touching the left and right of the lens. NOW, gently squeeze you finger and thumb together and you'll get the lens to pop off.

NEVER sleep in contacts or keep them in longer than prescribed. Nor should you get water in your eyes.

Edit: @Caricature (Above) says not to pinch the contact so maybe don't do what I typed in my post.. This is just how I get them out when they're stubborn as hell. Oops?

I'm sorry this is happening to you. I've experienced this way too many times. </3

Have you tried pulling them down all the way and trying to get it to bend and/or pop off when it hits the lower eyelid? (I don't know the names of the parts comprising the eye/eye area, pls no med students hack me down.) You should be able to pull it down far enough that the top half of your vision on the eye you're working gets blurry/the contact isn't on it. When it's lowered, you can try to (gently!) pinch it out.

Also, if you've been trying for awhile, take a break, breathe, walk around, and then give it another go when you're calmer. It helps. o.o

Worst-case scenario, just sleep in them (or not sleep). Tell your parents when they wake up.

try closing your eye and massaging your upper lid and see if it'll budge

edit: also keep flushing out your eyes to rehydrate the dry lens (with the eye drops if not contact solution)-- i've had to do this countless times

might take a minute to even thirty minutes but whatever you do, don't keep pinching at the contacts, just keep it as lubricated as possible and relax...this isn't anything to be scared of! my ophthalmologist told me that could potentially damage your cornea

good luck and cheers!
Is anything bad going to happen if you keep the contacts in until they wake up?
My eyes are at pseudo-pink eye stage, this new brand of contacts is a lot drier than the ones I was using before. Idk if I wanna sleep with them in but I guess that would be my worst case scenario
