The color scheme matches well. I don't like those eyes because they look drastically different (unemotional looking eyes in an anime-based game). But unless you have an hour or two farming more coupons, you should keep it.

It's clean cut and adds a cold emotional element to the character (perhaps what you'd see in a Demon or I/L mage, stereotypically.)

It's always interesting to play around with different aesthetical elements to express different emotions implied by a character's look. That's what I integrated into my Jett's look (I'll probably never play it again, but it's fun to play around with the character's looks in relation to the character's storyline.)

Well they say a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush so assuming you like it, you should keep it. But really, what if it was 1000 birds in the bush? It's a tough choice. I like using the beauty coupons just to get random looks even if they look ugly. Never using another beauty coupon again is the option forgone if you decide to keep it and it's always tough for me to keep just one look.
