EDIT: So, I have come to the conclusion that a service is around 10-30mil.
Make sure you don't get scammed for those selling it for 100+ mil.

@SharkyMikey: I was reading the patch notes and it didn't mention DS will get the extra exp.

Lol good luck getting above 50m for this service even after 2 months. Regular chaos scrolls have crashed in price due to hackers farming to around 10m (no the programme is not BT). This event is gonna be abused to the ground, if I have like 5 eligible mule accounts made for events such as this (eg epic potential scrolls, this chaos event etc) so I'm presuming some people have like 30. There's plenty of people thinking the same thing as you and so it's not gonna be worth a lot. And nowadays nexon has so many good events that spew out chaos scrolls so I'm thinking it won't rise much even in 6 months.
@fun2killu: Create a DS and it's really easy to get it to 30. The Hyper Event gives you extra exp while hunting and DS gets this buff that gives additional 50% while killing mobs till level 30. So, at 15, go to those Rotten Skeles at NLC and you get like 170-200exp per mob.

not really, you get 3X exp from level 13-30, so save lots of time

Level 1-30 , with current events going 5-10 mins. This is with a new unfunded character with the nooby equips and with the current event

Thank you for your constructive input, and I very well know that many people have thought of this idea, yet leveling characters to level 30 is rather arduous on a short notice.
I prefer just a P/C as the thread states.
So far, I'm getting answers that range from 50mil to max mesos @everyoneabove

cuz if ur using a mule, it needs to be lvl 30 to open.
