140 bil is about max range
half that for 1mil i estimate
its fairly easy if you know what to do and get the items that are not common and theif specific such as claw and lycaon before the release

I'd estimate 100bil+ if you start now, I pumped in 50bil for 700k, and that was with a free perfect claw.
To get 1m range, you may need 12~15% for most of your gears and perfectly scrolled gollux and wep.
Assume that you can get some cheap 15% gears for 2.5b each (based on bera) and extra money on tyrant/scrolls, then you may need about 80b. I can be totally wrong tho
@cRogue: Oh god I hope they don't get that high again. They are expensive enough as it is in Windia already.
claws are gunna hit the bil's again and thief tyrant too. Luckily i'm an NL so about 40k+ nx in psoks = a fully funded NW
Probably more than NLs right now cus stuff he prob gonna inflate. I have no clue on damage tho.

I'm pretty sure the damage formula for nw would be similar or identical to that of nl's, so base it off of how easy it is to reach a 1m range for nl. not sure about 10m+/line bc their skills would change their damage output.
