I recently watched Deadman Wonderland and I loved it, I want to watch a rom-com/romance one that'll get man tears to start drizzling

You want a rom com? Full Metal Panic! is a pretty good rom com... especially it's 12-episode spin-off Fumoffuu! Admittedly, FMP:F is more comedy-based, but it's absolutely amazing. You might not cry manly tears over the romance aspect, but you just might up crying tears of laughter.
Full Metal Panic! is an action/adventure, military, mecha, sci-fi, high school romantic comedy... yes, I'm serious. It does all the things... and does them pretty well right across the board. If you haven't checked it out, do so. It's an absolute classic.

grave of the fireflies will make you guaranteed but it's sorta old so that might put you off
Watch Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni and Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni Kai if you want to feel like shedding tears in the end.

Mirai Nikki (future diary) might be good for you. I've never heard about anyone crying from DMWL, but also you should check out the manga if you havn't, since the anime doesnt finish.
