Another reason for this popping up sometimes is if you try to buy NX using Paypal from different locations.
Like you regularly buy NX from home, but you try to do it while on vacation at your grandparents house or from a friend's house.
They can tell it's coming from a different IP address so they block it in case it's a case of a stolen Paypal account.
They done it to me as well, but I've been told by other players it's because I used the same paypal account to charge on two different maplestory accounts. Nexon obviously won't tell me why other then the vague "Because of suspicious activities". We're allowed to have multiple accounts, yet you don't want us to buy NX on both of them?
I buy my NX from pcgamesupply.com now, it's fast and not restricted.
Same, I'm not sure what I did to be blocked but I've been blocked since around '11.
The worst part is they will never tell you why you were blocked nor will they unblock you. They just say, "we suspected you were involved in suspicious activities and decided to block you from this 2 bad so sad".
or they autoclose your tickets.

If you are using a credit card then summit a ticket on it and if its from surveys i would say juust dont use em for a bit
