What do you like to do when you're sad? Cry, cry, and then cry some more? Or are you like me who just tends to shrug things off and wonder what's for dinner?

I have a little something to eat, maybe a little tea or coffee to go with it. Burn a little incense or play a little music, and cover myself with a warm blanket and doze off for a spell. Y'know, just let it run its course.
I often try not to make something upset me for a prolonged amount of time.
As of late, my sadness has turned into bitterness. I drink.
Depends what day/time it is snd where im at, if its when im st work, i usually get over emotional and start to lose my mind, like ill say and do whatever and not think or care about consequences
If its at the end of a work week, i drink alcohol at a level that express how strongly i am feeling or how stressed out i am
The 2nd is at times not the best idea and is why i drank like a liter of 80 proof vodka in half a night and blacked out and puked red stuff
I am very very rarely sad, but if I am sad, I guess I would just smoke a blunt with my friends and I'll feel better (toolbag answer but true)

I take a big poo and realize all my problems were just solved; I was just overly-constipated.

I just read. Soon enough I either forget why I was sad in the first place or stop caring altogether.
i wonder why i am wasting my time being sad when i could be doing something a lot more valuable with my time. i click back into maplestory and continue to live the ideal lifestyle
Be gloomy, but watch stuff, play games or something to make myself feel better :c
