Got a level 190 with you? They need to factor that you need to be level 190+ to use this card and there's not a lot out there, even if its easy to level.

Yea, but you got to add up some things, like availability. The only reason a Cygnus card is there because we can get at from the Legendary Booster at Cash Shop, and that costs 7.5k NX. 7.5k NX on a card that summons a monster that wont last for 30-90 days and there's a good chance you won't be able to get it often. I doubt dupers would want to spend 7.5k on a gamble like that. Plus, once the booster event ends, the only way to get that card is by killing Cygnus, which is impossible for us to do.
