What event should I join So I joined track & field this year, and the coach started moving us to whatever events he thought we would "succeed the most in". I originally joined sprints for 100/200m, but he recommended I move to 800/1500m. Now I wouldn't have any problem listening to a coach's advice, except for the fact that I suck terribly at long and even mid - distance pretty badly. The only thing I can really do well in is sprints, but I don't know if I should listen to the coach or not, since like 4 other people in sprints got recommendations to move the 800/1500m as well, so I'm not sure if he really thinks I should go. Also, what does to be "explosive" in running mean? Thanks!
How can I best increase my dual blade range ? Donny dual blade is level 165 with 19-21 k range clean. I'm pretty weak , and have like 26.8 k range after buffs. I have about 700m to spend, even though I know it's not much for a dual blade, but I was wondering what Equips I could buy myth at would increase my range the most? what should i spend my tempest coins on So i have tempest coins on different accounts, and I was wondering if I should buy a tempest dagger and scroll it for my dual blade with the scrolls from the tempest shop. I can't buy the nova equips or whatever because my tempest coins are on different accounts, and I don't have 200 coins on a single account. My dual blade has a 115 atk 6% luk 3% atk dagger, how good are the odds of me making a better tempest dagger? Or what else should i spend the coins on? I have around 40-70 coins on each account for about 6 accounts.

Do you have to show up every day of pre - season training? Sorry if this is a stupid question, but I was wondering if you have to show up every day for pre season training for sports in school, specifically track. It's not mandatory for us, but I don't know if you have to go every day if you already went the first day, which I did. how do you get to this treglow boss if youre not a kaiser I know that treglow and some other bosses are in this nova place, but I was wondering how I can get to nova if I'm a dual blade, and if fighting treglow or whatever bosses that drop those nice equips rarely require any prequests.
