Cant decide what Ds game to get
So I got a 3ds XL SNES edition from my brother with no games.
I can't decide between buying SSB4 and Pokemon X.
Btw should I buy it through Amazon or in the Nintendo shop?

Kid Icarus Uprising.
Fire Emblem: Awakening is a must have for people with a 3DS
Kirby Triple Deluxe and Super Smash Bros. 3DS are excellent games.
SSB4 is something i want. I have Y and AS as well as New Leaf... but SSB4 is really good !
Try buying Pokemon X/Y but I would definitely recommend Pokemon OR/AS. Other games you could try are:
-Fire Emblem Awakening
-Persona Q
-Legend of Zelda Majora's Mask
-Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate
-Kid Icarus Uprising
-Kirby Triple Deluxe
-Shovel Knight
-Etrian Odyssey
I recommend on buying the hard copies of the games on Amazon because the digitals versions are a pain to buy SD cards for
Other: Fire Emblem: Awakening

It's THE best 3DS game, no question. The quality of it all is just amazing. I didn't care much for the other FE games, but this was just such a beautiful and well-playing game.
My games would be:
FE:A
Persona Q
Bravely Default
Virtue's Last Reward (more of a puzzle/mystery game)
Zelda games
SSB is good on DS, but much better on Wii U. I wouldn't get it for DS if there's any chance of you getting it for the Wii U.
Pokemon games are getting kinda meh. I've bought every generation, sometimes two or three from each and they're just getting more and more repetitive (probably more so because I've played so many though)
FE:Awakening
Zelda games
persona q
Smt IV
I would not buy smash or pokemon
In my opinion, I wouldn't get Pokemon if you're looking to get into its competitive sphere. The amount of time you spend creating a competitive team only to get completely overshadowed by the multitudes of hacked teams is very irritating and unrewarding.
Yeah get ORAS nor X/Y, ORAS is a lot better trust me. X/Y was ridiculously easy.
Zelda ocarina of time and majoras mask for adventure. Animal crossing for a cute relaxed game. Mario 3D world as a classic. Mario kart 7 for racing. Pokemon xy/oras for your pocket monster fix. Project X zone for a strategic game (plays like smash in battle scenes and fire emblem on field) annnnnddd uhh fantasy life! Its like maplestory for 3ds except it doesn't drain your wallet. Yeeaaa
Get smash bros, this generation of pokemon is dissapointing so far.
@Qubii if you decide to pick Pokemon, get Pokemon ORAS instead. Most of the events (some includes XY) are for Pokemon ORAS. And if you like to join competitive battles which are organised by Pokemon Global Link, you should definitely go for ORAS, because since the release of this game they had at least 4 competitions for ORAS but nothing for XY anymore.
Complete and up-to-date Mega stones (mega evolutions), you can catch many legendary Pokemons in ORAS, many different moves you can teach your pokemon via tutor moves.
I didn't vote which game you should choose but only told you why you should pick ORAS over XY.
Monster Hunter 4 U, Kingdom Hearts 3D, Metal Gear Solid 3DS, and Resident Evil Revelations are good games to play.
Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate bro. Come join our ranks. The ranks of true hunters!
Fire Emblem Awakening is a really good 3DS game if you like that sort of genre.
lf you're a fan of Pokemon, get both (and why not ORAS instead of XY?). Else, get Sm4sh no matter what.
Animal Crossing New Leaf is also terrific if you're into the AC series.
