What are some everyday items that need improvement? Hey ya'll! This is for a class, but I'm just wondering what are some everyday items that we use that needs improvement? You don't need to provide any solutions, just the problems would be fine!
Physics Help Vectors So we're currently on the chapter with Vectors and we were suppose to do certain problems on this worksheet; however, I came across a problem which I have no idea how to solve. Here it is: "A traffic light is supported by two cables that are 140 degrees apart. Each cable exerts a tensile force of 150 N [Newtons] on the light. How much does the light weigh?" A step by step solution is needed, I don't just want the answer but how you got the solution. Thank you :)
A Thank You card A simple question... how do you make a thank you card? I'm using a 8 1/2 by 11in. paper, and cutting it looks wrong 0.o
I need help with an Animation I'm assuming animation would go under the art section, anywho... I want to make an animation of this picture throwing it's spear, how would I go about doing it? I have GIMP but I'm having trouble finding a tutorial to help me. So any help would be, well helpful! :D Thank you.
Help with Economics Homework So we're talking about Production Possibilities Frontier and I have the definition of it but I don't quite understand it. Here are the directions as to what I have to do: "Directions: create a graph of the production possibilities curve for each of the table data. Label the production possibilities frontier on each graph." And this is what we have to graph. Bananas (in tons): 0, 5, 9, 15, 17, 19. Pencils (in millions): 25, 22, 16, 7, 6, 5 How do I locate where the production possibility frontier is? On an example graph it points to a specific area, but it's confusing me. Another question: Now create your own comparing two products. (Use manufactured data.) What does it mean by manufactured data?
How well will Windows 7 run I'm upgrading from Windows Vista to Windows 7 so I decided to run the Upgrade Advisor program; however, it states that I have 896 MB RAM, which is probably being used by my video card and whatnot, but I actually have 1G RAM. Call me cheap but I don't want to buy more RAM unless I really have to, this is only because I won't be using this computer after this year :D Anyways will I be able to run Windows 7 smoothly with minimal computer lag, or will I seriously need to inject steroids into my computer with RAM so that I can run programs? I usually play games, but I'm not a hardcore gamer; I won't be sipping energy drinks at 3am trying to shoot someone in the middle of the snow with my mouse, but I watch a lot of vi
Making an Animation I've been searching online but I haven't come across any links that would help me, unless I'm looking too hard! But yes I'm looking for an animation tutorial, or possibly a program to help animate. I'm not looking for a stop-frame animation or any of that sort or any stick figure animation, like Pivot, but animation like one of those animations you see on a Signature on forums and such. Thanks :)
I have a question on video editing Ok so I don't know if this belongs here but it does involve tech and whatnot unrelated to Maplestory. So I'll try me best to explain what I would like to know; I would like to remove a head on a video and then repla
SATs Tomorrow; I have a quick question! SATs are tomorrow or today or yesterday depending on where you live it's on the 7th of May! Well anyways I have a question it's dumb but I'm curious! So the SATs allow you to bring snacks for their breaks and I know exactly what to bring, but am I able to bring a bag or something to put my food in? I know you're allowed to put your snacks off the desk but would they allow me to bring a bag with my food in it as well as my needed materials? Should I just bring my backpack?
Question about the Maple Pyrope Power Pendant I was going to buy a MoN for my UA Outlaw, can they CWKPQ I need a confirmation on this; well I was thinking about that until I saw the Pyrope Pendant which if I was to find a 3 line pot the pendant would be a third tier I believe. So my question is, the MoN which I can afford to buy or the Pendant which I can cube and potential for %Dex. I'll need a pendant until I'm able to afford a HTP.
What in the world! How do I make this? My US History class is having a party Monday and we have to bring something or else we would have to sit in the library all period long; well to make a long story short I'm bringing egg rolls, but someone in my class told me to make them the 'American-style' which I'm confused on. How in the world do I make Americanized egg rolls?
What kind of Laptop/Notebook should I get? When it comes to laptops or notebooks I'm completely clueless about them. So I'm planning on buying one soon, but the problem is I don't know which one I should buy. What's a good laptop/notebook I can buy for a reasonable price. I may use it to game from time to time, and possibly download things, but it would mainly be used for school work.
Which State would go first? If the world came under turmoil, be that natural disaster or 'man-made' disaster, which state in the United States would crumble under the destruction, and why? Or you could pick country, I don't care.
Question about Graphic Novels I made a thread about 1 month ago regarding which graphic novel I should pick to read for my AP English class; this prompted one basiler, or two I can't remember, asking me if I was serious that an AP Class would make us read graphic novels as an assignment. I know a few reasons as I've researched some pros and cons about graphic novels, but I would like more in depth details about graphic novels. So my question is: Should a class, preferably grade 7 and above, read graphic novels for an assignment; why or why not? If the teacher knew how to utilize graphic novels should they still use them as an assignment? Are graphic novels good or bad for the brain?
Confused on this math problem I have no idea how to solve this problem, the book doesn't help as much and my teacher didn't go over this type of problem with us. We're doing Exponential Growth and Decay and here is the problem: "A Certain medication is eliminated from the bloodstream at a steady rate. It decays according to the equation y=ae^-0.1625t, where t is in hours. Find the half-life of this substance." I have no idea what to do. Please help, thank you :) I don't want the answer btw, because I already have it, I just need the steps.
Need some Graphic Novels Yes Basil, I need some Graphic Novel recommendations. Google helps, it's just some of the list is really short, and most are not what my teacher may consider as "AP level" or "AP Material". I can't read Watchmen or Sin City :( So does anyone know any good Graphic Novels? :) Thank you.
