How much history does your in-game hair have?
When you first got it, how long ago was it? Has it been a while? Do you change hairs often?
Who were you when you got the style you preferred to keep, who did you play with, and what guild were you in?
Ever since (I believe) the first time all stars hair came out I've had this. I remember going to buy [b]All Stars[/b] coupons to get the "mechanic hair" that I was longing for to a high degree. But after two or three tickets I stumbled upon this one and even though I had no initial desire to keep it I did.
At the time a lot of my old friends from Zenith were in their last days of this game... I want to say it was around summer that it happened? I think the summer of 2012?
Two people went with me (Kenneth and Kaylee) to watch me change hairstyles and because Kaylee (nice person and a very strong bowman at the time) told me that of all the hairs in the coupon she thought it was cutest I decided to keep it alongside my own surprise at liking it so much myself. Oddly enough it was called cute boy so I knew right there with the name alone being funny to me that it was decided.
Middle-ish of 2012, and it's now the beginning of 2014. Doesn't feel like a year and a half passed so easily, and among all the people I knew they almost all slipped away eventually. Back then I wasn't much for skype or getting contact info. (my biggest regret) I was shy, didn't want people to know what I looked like, was afraid of socializing with them outside the means of MS, and now everything is different. But I still lost my chance.

I used to have Long Tied hair back when it was first released as an [url=http://maplestory.nexon.net/shop/special-promotions/past-weeks/00F5l/all-stars-hair-list-8-8-to-9-24]all-star hair[/url] because of the light purple hue that it had unlike most other hairstyles. However I had a lot of difficulty matching this hair with any CS hat, so I had a pink dragon sitting on top of my head for quite some time.
Then the Side Ponytail [url=http://maplestory.nexon.net/shop/special-promotions/past-weeks/00FRI/royal-hair-and-face-list-updated-6-19]arrived[/url]. Oh my god. Changed my hair in a blink of an eye. No regret what so ever and will remain with my current hair. It was pretty much the final piece to completing my current look (which I'm only lacking a decent shoe... which I have not found in the current selection we have. Pls Nexon, floral anklets pls).
I first got Maiden's Weave back in 2008, during the livelier days of the Fashion Corner.
I never planned to get it. I was utterly bored and feeling crazy so I used my spare NX to get an EXP coupon. I decided to use it at Amoria because it was the nearest salon to me at the time. Got Maiden's Weave on the first try. I decided to keep it because it matched my equips. Never changed it eversince.
It was funny. Everyone hated it since it was one of the most overused hairstyles of the time. Not sure if its still popular nowadays anymore.
I got my face (Leisure) back around the same year as my hair (back in '08). It was just freshly released back then.
Cuisses was the first Fashion Corner veteran who had the face. I saw it on her and was instantly in love.
Needless to say, I went directly to the Showa clinic and spammed REG coupons until I got it. Took around 20k NX. Never changed it eversince either.

For each of my characters, I usually change every now and then until I find that one style I'd want to keep. Normally, the hair I want is unreleased and when it does get released, I stick with it for a long time. But usually while waiting for the hair to come out, I would always get Darling Diva thanks to ToT's free hair coupon. I'd say it's one of the best hairstyles in game because of how versatile it can be with hat items.

For this character the eyes and hair were 1st try. I would only go for a 2nd try if whatever I got was fugly
I got this hair when I was 8 and got NX for the first time during xmas. I went to kerning because i didnt like the hair at henesys, and dyed it purple. Then 2-4 yrs ago I changed it to blue. I was in a guild called Maggots or something like that.
This hair is a couple days old. I had lively wave before this that I bought as a coupon in the FM, I didn't think i'd ever change it but I got tired of it. I've changed my hair on this character (and stayed with it for a good amount of time) about 3 or 4 times. I haven't gotten too attached to anything because I don't strictly have one look or theme for this character.

This hair right now: It came out a couple weeks ago and I had leftover Royal coupons from Black Friday sale. They were expiring so why not. I don't have an attachment to it. I get bored of hair really fast and have changed lots of times (I don't have this hair anymore at this moment xD)
My brother gifted me a royal hair coupon way back when I was level 50 about 3 years ago and I got short twin tails. I've kept the hair ever since. Most of my Zenith friends also left in 2012 also and now there's no one left really. Even I moved on and eventually started playing in Windia, although I still miss them very much.
I looked through my purchases and counted 13 attempts at Bleached Pony on April 26, 2013, maybe? I don't know if I also gifted to someone and we did it simultaneously LOL (I see stuff that I would have never bought)
I remember using the quick move to change my hair in Leafre. I was probably in Daylight and played with no one, really.
I used to change my hair A LOT on Nynja because I was never really satisfied. But I'm done with that character, ehe =3= now I need a permanent style for my Ninja.
My hair (lively waved) has been my DREAM hair since it came out, but then Soprano hair recently got released in GMS in like...2013? Maybe 2014, idk.
Anyways, I've had this pink wavey hair on my Evan for about...or almost...two years, I think. Maybe more. I don't exactly remember what was the most recent update at the time, but I know it was about a month or two after Evans got revamped.
Hm my hair came out on royals about a year ago and was only available for about 2 months (2 rounds of royals in a row). It wasn't that popular when it came out, and as a result, I haven't seen another person with this hair for about 9 months. <3 *feels special*
