Am I getting anxiety attacks because of my crush?

I'm a college junior, and I met this nice person in one of my classes. Short story short, I ended up developing feelings for this person. I had numerous crushes before, but this time something feels...off. For two weeks now, I'm on a constant giddy feeling, and I can't focus on ANYTHING. I have this uneasy pit of the stomach sensation, and I stopped eating twice a day, or I ended up throwing up after I eat. I've been having this heart tightening also, and I feel like I am on the edge ALL the time (like I'm wary of my surroundings). Now I can't even sleep, and developed insomnia and my grades are slipping. I'm a normally anxious person, and I take medication for depression and anxiety. This latest bout is really stressing me though. I'm not sure if it's due to being close to my crush, or something else. I though it was the result of developing a crush because it started around the time I realized I was attracted to this person. How do I stop this? D:

Go to a doctor, or a physician.

You're not alone...
I'm in the exact same position as you.
I can't do this myself because the person I like lives on the same floor as me in residence and I don't want to make it awkward, but you should tell him your feelings so that the weight is lifted off your shoulders.

What she is saying is true, I got anxiety when I sat beside my crush
Once I asked her out and got rejected, all/most of the anxiety disappeared

i don't have it as severe as you but in middle school there was this kid at the time i didn't think much of until i hit freshman year and they didn't come to my school and like every day and night i was thinking about them and even to this day it just rattles how i could let that person go... i really liked them... i wish i knew what school they went to in freshman year

i find other people to ogle at to keep my mind off it, but it's hard

I'm a her, the person I'm crushing on is a he....
The problem is I have class with this person twice a day for every day of the week. I can't confess to him because he has a girl friend, and my friends don't like him much....On some days I feel like I'm gonna go crazy, but then I see him in class and everything disappear and I'm calm again.

use your dying will to ask your crush out while involuntarily ripping all your clothes to shreds with the exception of your underwear for censorship reasons
