Your favorite archer class and why?
I was thinking about maining an archer as my new main, and so far I think Mercedes are the most fun, but the spamming of the messages saying things like, "You are not high enough to use this skill." are really, really annoying. >.<
What are the pros and cons of all of the archer classes? I want to know more about them before I start funding my Mercedes.
Also, are Mercedes generally good for mobbing/farming?
How are they in bossing?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I liked wind archer because like someone said homing arrows.
I also like playing my wild hunter, although I liked it when it had skills like jaguar-oshi and wild trap... The revamp looks interesting.
I have a MM but I haven't played it since big bang but maybe if I try it, it may be a favorite.
Nothing beats a wind archer's awesome homing missles that lock into your target(s), but i don't really like not being able to move around when i am firing away.

Wild Hunter because 100% stance if you get the snow jaguar+3rd job passive.
My favourite is Marksman. I absolutely love the mobility and linear mobbing of Pierce and Hookshot, but I don't like the squishiness of Mercedes. I also love the damage Snipe does. Truth be told, I haven't really tried the other bowman classes, and I should probably try them out first before judging, but for now I prefer Marksman :u

Never realized our 2 skills (Spikes and Unicorn) are party skills available to all attackers?
I don't think I am alone in this thinking.

Unicorn Spike (Mercedes) - Monster debuff yielding +30% Damage to whomever attacks the monster.
Spikes Royale (Mercedes) - Monster debuff yielding 50% Ignore Defense to whomever attacks the monster.

dodge is a separate flat rate of avoiding attacks, and has a special animation when it occurs, (the green/pink circle as a mercedes)
evasion acts as a multiplier to your avoidability stat, after you fail to dodge

I really can't decide on a favourite.
It's either Mercedes or Bowmaster.
I made a Marksman the other day and I'm enjoying it so far. I'm loving the element of spatial awareness to their playstyle. Since I'm unfunded, it takes 2-3 hits for me to kill something, so I have to take distance into consideration if I want to kill everything in one hit and be efficient.
Finding the balance between taking the time to position myself perfectly and killing as fast I can makes for engaging gameplay, imo. In a way I feel like a photographer; I'm always trying to stand at the right distance and line everyone up for the perfect (Piercing) shot. My favorite moments are when all the mobs are clumped together, sitting as far as my Piercing Shot can reach. The numbers are so satisfying.
If you are having fun with Mercedes and some of the issues they have atm, your gonna explode funtasticly later.
My fav is Bowmaster....its the only class I mained....so yea
