Well for some context. I think it looks childish and terribad. But I'm biased because I bought this 7 years ago. However, I'm a cheapskate and I can still fit it even after 7 years. So with unbiased eyes, does this dress actually look not so ugly? The print and everything, yo.

Kinda. I don't think the picture is very flattering though. It'd probably look better on a person.
Uh, I'm not a big fan of it. Maybe if you coordinated a whole outfit around it. But there are better places to start from.
