Inner Ability Glitch or Not?
So I've been getting circs from honour pots, and i recently once again reached unique tier. Thinking that it would disappear in a few circs, I found myself on a 20 circulater run whilst not dropping down from unique. I stopped on 32% buff duration on my TB. I was just wondering if anyone else found their tier refusing to drop, or if I was just extremely lucky. Not bragging, just curious as to whether I should be hardcore grinding for honour pots.

Pretty sure the name of it is Miracle Circulator its priced at 1,900 NX. It only raises tier and you can change a Legendary tier with it ;o
I thought this had to do with the Honor Level. o:
I used to have Epic with Lv. 7 Honor before Unleashed and the new circulators dropped it to Rare, but once I got Lv. 30 Honor it quickly jumped to Epic and occasionally Unique
I haven't seen Rare since then
This is only between 180 circulators though.

It happens sometimes, it's all luck, a week or so back i remember staying at unique for quite a long time, i was very shocked as well.
Well its not broken after about 60 circs i went down to epic
Maybe the possibility of it getting lowered was just lowered itself
Actually i just used 24 circs and stayed at unique too,maybe the system is broken

Well I used 3 circulators once, dropped from unique to rare, and about 150 circulators later, it was still rare

except the non nx circulator only raise up to unique. You probably used the nx ones
After 3 circulators I raised my Luminous' innter ability from Unique to Legendary. It's like 37 all-stat. Since I don't spend money on NX guess I'm stuck there. :c
