16 5'9" underweight. Isnt good at much sports but I look amazing just a bit tall....

No muscle but I'm happy with how I look.

I hardly eat any carbs at all ahaha but okay, I'll monitor them more!
It's just that the only exercise I've been having in the past few months is sex, which doesn't compare to the 25-30 miles of running and regular lifting I was doing prior to that

I'm 22. I was 6', 195 lbs, somewhere between endo and mesomorph...
I stopped going to the gym about six (crap I thought it was less..) months to lock myself in the bedroom with my girlfriend instead
It was kind of impossible to prevent since well uhh yeah I won't go into details
Now I'm a bit chubby, but still have a decent amount of muscle mass.. but I feel terribly out of shape and it's starting to catch up with me in terms of my endurance during playtime. I need to start exercising more to get back on track o.o
15 and soccer/football build if there is such a thing? I'm pretty slim.
