You throw your pokeballs at them and see if they get in, most of them won't except the ugly pokemon, that's why you got to save up your monies for an expensive master ball and then you will be able to get the beautiful, evolved pokemon. [This theory has not yet been proven]

Depends what nature she is. If she's s[L]utty, then you don't have to hit on her that much to charm her. It'd be interesting to see how alcohol falls in the equation.

Even ugly pokemon can be beautiful. Feebas for example. Yet they were so hard to find in 3rd gen games
Pretty sure in most Pokemon games you can't buy a master ball; it is given by someone (or by cheats).
