I haven't boughten anything with nx and I'm still able to solo most missions. The only ones I can't solo are the ones where the bosses have 10x health and move faster than me.

Yeah, I know where you're at. If you have a decent connection and need the raids (Titan for example) try to host a boat, I'm sure people will show up. (:

I lost most of my interest after getting around level 50. The grind is too steep to be enjoyable.
I love the gameplay to death though, it's like MonHun on steroids. Scythe Evie is so ridiculously fun.

Man, I quit vindi after I got my lynn to like lvl 50 something. It's boring playing the same dungeons over and over on each character.

Some boats like Kraken are necessary to require a minimum atk.
Kraken's head has 14k def. You'd be doing 20% of your damage if you had 16k atk than if you had 24k atk.
I wouldn't say that an hour to complete a raid is [i]bad[/i], but most people do not want hour long raids.

In EU it's full of 17-21k boats. The only thing that saves new people/poor people is being in a good guild.

@setget: Oh, I play on East too actually. What part are you on in the story?

Don't join so Nexon can release Golden Time 2 in desperation for more players.

It's an awesome game, really. Although as @xDracius said, there's so many 16k+ boats at the S2 raids, it's not even funny anymore.

@setget Which server do you play in? (: I've completed S1 on two of my characters just by joining random raids when they are up, so unless you're playing at the wrong time of the day, or if you're playing in a dead server, you should be able to make atleast some progress.

It used to be very bad two years ago. The game was so full of bug it was unplayable. However, they seem to be on top of it now. hacks aren't even made anymore becuas eof the strictness of the GMs.

@xDracius: I've actually never seen those boats... I'm just trying to get past the season 1 storyline but it's impossible because no high level person is around to help me.

I often forget about Atlantica and Vindictus. I know Dragon Nest players had a lot of issues with lackluster content at one point, I can't imagine how bad it is for you guys.

From my limited experience, the community is full of elitists who put up those 15K only boats and whatnot, which Nexon is not helping by constantly releasing stronger and stronger bosses, some of them just being meatbags (Like that kraken one) that require people to put up those boats so they actually have a chance at killing it.
