No problem.

So Decent Speed Infusion/Speed infusion increase your "attack speed" ( no where in the game did it say +1 atk speed)
MPE Green potions increases your "attack speed" ( this will basically do the same as DSI, but slightly faster if you use them both together)

Inner ability +1 ATK SPEED legendary line is different from the two above.
This increase your " attack speed" just like DSI/MPE Green (slightly even faster)
In addition, it will also decrease your skill trigger lag ( meaning if you use a skill like showdown, u cant atk again until the action is finish) So +1 ATK speed will lower that cooldown.
For example, if i just used showdown on my left side << and then flash jumped <<, compared to someone that doesnt have +1atk speed IA, i will be 1 frame faster.

another SUPER Example of this - if i just used showdown on my left side << and flash jumped >>> right side, it will be 2 frames faster.
1 frame from out speeding u in skill trigger lag and the 2nd frame from out speeding u in switching direction speed ( THIS IS THE MAIN POINT), Switching direction WILL BE FASTER if you have +1atk speed.

your major upgrade thats need is claw bpot, emblem bpot and 2ndary bpot, those give % atk % pdr %boss. forget about everything else until those are perfect.

My claw was scrolled with Red scroll (10x +8 atk) and then transposed.
I would like to switch to CRA but might be too costly for me.
Before my break CRA were sold in billions and I had to choose SW due to low funding.

Anyway, image below shows my current equips, any suggestion is appreciated.

@Wait4xiao sw items are perma account bound. unless u dont plan on selling it and using it forever, i dont suggest it. Now your probably thinking, well if i dont plan on selling it, might as well make it perfect. well thats going to cost money, so why not make a CRA risk holder and be able to sell it?. Cant afford it yet? trying to save but cant cause i cant kill anything? these are the things that go into a players mind. What makes the cut is that people that fund their characters. as sad it is, the reality is that it will take a while before u can reach the 2-2m range with no fund.

Part 2. for wait4xiao.
You have to calculate whether you perfer % luk or % atk. heres how u can tell which u want more. if u have tyrant sets and alot of atk items with %atk, its better to have more atk. but if your thinking about getting 30(pot)+7(bpot)+4(%stat neb) for ur face and accessories for sweet water. you would need more % stats and better base stats items.

The way i look at my items goes like this
weapon> secondary> emblem ( perfect prime, and double tier pots)

CRA equips and Gollux superior duo upgrade.
get your gollux gear by doing dailies ( i was like you when i started, i gained 10 coins a day like everyone else, took me a few months)

grab cra from your guild runs ( when u solo cra, equips are like garbage here in scania lol)
gets 70% or 30%(2x spell trace days) as ur base items first ( then get another set to scroll it yourself to perfection; will take a while)

tyrants cape should be easy to grab,, use gollux belt until u can get tyrants
for gloves and shoulders, is the least of your concern, u'll be pro enough to figure the rest out yourself over time.

this is my opinion, other people have different ways of doing things.

I think perfect weapon+offhand comes first then the rest of ur equips. Ideally i would normally aim for CRA weapon but unless u have a perfected 15% SW claw, you can go for a full SW set.

I do have other items to cube(SW claw, Emblem, Death Charm) was wondering what to do after these.

You're right about this, it decreases post-cast delay unlike other atk speed modifiers.

I'm not OP but im no clown as well.

ur current gears are in line with sweet-water gears/shoulder equips, i doubt you need them right now.
If these are the only items that are holding you back, then you should start with the mark, then shoulder, and then mask.

I searched/googled about NL attack speed cap, and it seems like we need green potion from mpe to break cap, meaning decent skill IS will not have an affect without green potion but when I use IS, it seems to increase a little. I am not sure if the thread I search are outdated. Can you kindly explain the attack speed for NL?
