Post-Reboot Bowmaster Discussion
I thought that we should have a general post-Reboot Bowmaster thread. I'll start.
After applying the Hyper Stats and whatnot, my Hurricane lines have went up significantly from 10m per line to 17m per line on Hellux (not including Armor Break, which actually works now) LOL. Some person in my alliance said that their damage went up from 250k per line of Hurricane to 700k. How much did your damage go up?
Also, Armor Break's description now states that it gives you a final damage boost (like Final Cut), just to confirm some suspicions.
I think we should have a Boss Battle Statistics thread as well...maybe just for Bowman in general? Or maybe one specifically for Bowmasters. Leaning towards the latter.

@jenno: @xxthebreezex: There's about a 3.5-4 second cooldown on Platter that isn't documented, so thankfully the "nerf" won't really affect us too much.
@jenno: Idk if it's just me, but I think there is a 5 sec cd on platter...
How do you guys dealing with setting platter every 30 seconds? Why did they change this?!
surprisingly BM gets massive buff in this patch, super happy
If only they gave us a skill that can convert accuracy into dmg% or atk& or hp% like reckless hunting because we need defense point but we dont need that much accuracy.
Some stuff I've noticed:
1. Arrow Platter and Blaster distinction. The name wasn't messed up in the Shining Star update like I once thought. Through the Battle Analysis system, I've found out why it's Arrow Platter in the skill name, and why it's Arrow Blaster in every other place. Arrow Platter is when you actually hold down the skill, and Arrow Blaster is when it's installed. So, Arrow Blaster = Turret.
2. Arrow Blaster doesn't proc DR anymore, as stated in the changes. It's amazing! You can even heal through Blood Arrows while Arrow Blaster is hitting the DRing target since it now heals 5% of your Max HP rather than relying on the damage dealt. And this helps on Tower of Oz's Scarecrow boss, since you do a fixed 10 damage to him.
3. Armor Break doesn't activate with Arrow Blaster, meaning we got the minor change that stops Arrow Blaster from procing Armor Break that was added in the last Reboot update.
Loving this update.
I like the way armor break activates. It's basically every attack for a second become break proced.
More or less able to more than cap with platter now.. RIP all that waste of extra funding..
im currently missing a second pendant but i noticed i was able to cap without one so i think its looking like a good patch.
went from doing like 35 mils per line on normal mobs to 45-50 mils. will have to test damage on cvel today.
capping turret on mobs and everything too easy
@hystericalbow ohh okayy! yeah, they didn't add the cooldown yet either, even though it's always felt like it had one =3=.
@jenno I don't think they added that "no setting turret in the air" until a later update. I didn't notice a cooldown on turret either unless I'm really oblivious (which is often the case)

it's nice to see my afa dmg go up but i didnt really notice much cast delay reduction Q_Q
I was at 40-50m on mobs/cvel and now I'm capping 100% on both . As for turret, I went from 25-30m to 40-50m.
reboot is luv.
EDIT: on another note, you can still cast and set turret in the air and (at least when I tried) couldn't change the direction of turret before setting it
holy damage buffs, I was at 1m per line, can't wait to see what it'll go up to
I didn't get to test out my damage but my range went up when i logged on, from ~700kbuffed to 8xxk buffed, which is a pretty huge boost for me. after i put on the hyper damage stat, my range went up to like 1m T_____T tears of joy. I think I was hitting like ~5-6m per line on hurricane on regular bosses before the patch.
I didn't get to mess around with it as much as I'd have liked to thanks to the maintenance but from what I saw damage wise from killing regular mobs my damage improved significantly! I want to say I was hitting about 10mil more on regular mobs, unfortunately I haven't been able to try out bosses yet

@rfighter: Yes, you can reset it with a fee of 10 million mesos.
I haven't checked...can we reset our hyper stats? I maxed out my min crit first, which I think was a mistake. :c
