Getting Random Hair and/or Eye
How many tries did it take for you to get your (desired) style?
For me, I got the Eternal Wind Hair in 2 tries. Typically for eyes, I get them on the first or second try.
My hardest struggle was getting the Princessy Hair </3 Nexon be playin' when they took my $40.

I just wait for a week with several options that I'm ok with and stick with whatever i get on my first try. Then I build my outfit from there.
I'm too cheap to be picky lol
My really good friend helped me get my Bright eyes(7 tries he says), and it took me about 8 tries for Lively wave :C... Haven't changed my face and hair since then. (About 3 years ago LOL). So almost 50k nx T___T
Getting odd eyes was my first royal experience and only took 1 go
Iris hair took about 5 tries, but I got a few decent hairstyles along the way so it wasn't too bad ^^
I've had my fair share of good to absolutely downright horible runs. o.o
However for the recent Royal update, I got Timid face on my first try. <3
3 tries for timid faces this week's cash shop update
on my luminous:
soprano hair: 13 tries
odd eyes: 8 tries
2 tries for soprano
And I got piercing eyes on both alpha and beta on one try <3
I have horrible luck on royals. D:. I did get my look on one try on my main, but on other characters, it could take up to $60 before I got what I wanted. >_<;.
It took about that much to get Bad Mood Look on my Dawn Warrior, and I remember having similar issues getting Beryl face. Lately, I've had incredible luck (bling bling face on the first try, and Randy hair in two tries), so I'm happy about my sudden luck. It's probably making up for my bad luck in the past, lol.
Always had kinda good luck on royals! 1try for soprano 2try for lively 1 try for iris hair.......... Until I got to Princessy......... After 40k no I finally got it.. DX
got hair from beauty coupons after hours of farming & 6 all star coupons for mysterious face i had a much better luck on my nw's look though 2 tries for bright eyes and 1 try for prince hair

I usually go when there's a majority of hairs/faces I [i]really[/i] like. That way I can settle.
It took me like 9 tries to get sonara wave, a bunch in a row and then I went out for a few hours to buy more nx and got it the first try after that.
I got danika the second try I think? It wasn't what I wanted, but I didn't want to waste nx.
I got piercing my first try and I kept it only because it wasn't ugly.
marble in 1 try, this hair in 2. was attempting to get bobbed hair but i kept landing on princessy

Last minute changed my Zero's hair.
I got the Lop Ear Hair in two tries on Beta and one try on Alpha.

I got it when it first came out and it took me only three tries. Everyone else I've asked has gotten it in between 1 - 5 tries too. xD

One of my friends got it on 5 characters or so. She said it took 1-3 tries on each.
Another one of my friends got it on his 6th try.

I wanted to spend that much just as someone else would spend it on movies or other video games. Who are you to tell me what to do? It's none of your business, so just shut your mouth, honey.
By the way, the last sentence makes no sense. "These games are becoming more important than your lives." First of all, I'm only playing Maplestory, so it shouldn't be games. It should be game. Also, I don't have multiple lives. I have one life. :-)

How do you know she spent 200k nx in dollars?
& assuming she did, is it any of your business? People spend thousands on games, be it virtual or game consoles.
I think it took me like 20 times for Kitty Hair on one of my characters, usually 1-5 times to get what I want though ;c

1 try for lively wave for all stars and 1 for piercing gaze and one for kitty hair on the last royal we had. And three times on royal to get round eyes for my wind archer
About 5 tries for my Shaggy Bobbed Hair. I believe 2 tries for my round eyes.
1 try for wild hunter hair and 2 tries for sharp eyes
When I had a red theme going on, I wanted Sonora wave so badly it took me about 12-15 tries and another 5 tries to get red because I felt lucky when I obviously wasn't lol. I honestly settle for anything decent. I got pure gaze on my 1st try, Sylph hair my 1st try. Uhhh I once got soprano hair on my 1st try...didn't know it was so popular but I didn't like it so I changed it and got muse hair instead. Lol
i tend to keep whatever I get in my first try if I like it or it looks ok for both the hair and eyes.

piercing in ~3 tries? eyes are always pretty easy for me.
all star is the death of me though, it took maybe 50k to get the bleached ponytail look and in this cycle i was aiming for the rabbit ears and gave up after 45k.
royals maybe 5ish tries.

I normally don't try to get a certain hair and just deal with whatever one I first get but I really wanted the colourful hair and it took me like 6 tries to get I got jubilee hair like 3/6 times </3

Wasted ~100k total for both marble & puppy eyed face on this character.
One time it took me $80 to try for Lively Wave, and I never got it. So I just bought a 2b coupon. =.= (then quit MS like a few hours later).
1 try for bright eyes and 2 tries for odd eye
for hair 7 tries for fox tail, 2 tries for wild tangles, 15+ tries for highlighted hair (Still don't have it)
