I realize the difference between Neo City and Neo Tokyo, and that was my point.
kMS was the one that introduced NeoCity, while NeoTokyo was released by jMS.(iirc)
Content wise, besides a few exceptions and exclusive content, gMS follows kMS updates rather faithfully. Monster books and Crusade were gifts from jMS, but are currently being implented into kMS, and when kMS gets their hands on crap, we very rarely not get the updated version

As for your other points, everyone knows gMS is filled with hackers, although why you even bother training at sub-par maps that hackers flock to due their lack of popularity is beyond me. The only exception is Aliens and Jesters, which currently you have to worry about KSers more than Hackers in the frist place.
Further more there are plenty of maps to train at, and most are excellent experience, after 110, all the way to 13x. LHC is obviously the fastest, but it's only worth training in a party of those you know in the first place.
You can't really compared the economies between versions, because they tend to differ so vastly due to events and such between seperate versions. The newer servers in gMS don't even have the luxury of such items, and most players can't afford them in the first place. MTS being killed also screwed things over.
Visitor event(and other exclusive gMS content) was designed by gMS, and are the very few expections to the "gMS follows kMS" rule. Again, the only content I think we have received outside of kMS is the Monster book and Silent crusade, which, as I said, is being implemented in kMS, which the changes they made will likely follow us here.

and while I hate NeoCity with a passion, and NeoTokyo is the coolest area to ever exist, all the new updates to the game has made the rewards from NeoTokyo mediocre at best. NeoCity hands out the best non-event medal in the game, which is level 130, which puts it at an excellent tier for when Medals are given potential. (Not to mention a free hat that comes with guranteed epic potential, making it better than a Zhelm and comparable with a Czhelm, and is easily one of the best options until you get your hands on the empress hat.)

2. GMbabi isn't our community Game Master anymore, our current Community Game Masters are NXNeko, NXChaos and NXCrayons. They're nice, don't have any special friends which they give extra benefits.
3. Oh yes, it is. While you can get a 5 attack buff with buying shielding wards from 40k NX, you can get a 38 attack buff from buying an illegit item. It obviously is really cheap.
4. So much is wrong in this sentence. Visitor Event was ThaiMS designed. Neo Tokyo >> Neo City by far, in training, rewards, fun, questline, time to spend questing and party-play.

Yes in KMS, MSea and EMS the Exp was nearfed so people won't stay there from level 110 to 200 and to make room for Monster Park, Future Hene, Stronghold and PQ rewamps which came in the same'ish patch

And to people who want to discuss the "32k weaps" in EMS... these are not public and is removed whenever they're found. Personaly i haven't seen any of these overly enhanced items for almost half a year! And items like these are not accepted by the EMS community and people are kicked from the high guilds for having such items!

I think you should look at your own comment, NeoCITY ain't like it was originaly made. NeoCity is so much different than NeoTokyo (Yes, i went thrugh the story lines in both versions so i know quite well the differences). There is no challange in NeoTokyo at all, level 110 people can beat NeoCity without problems SOLO!

Also, pretty sure LHC wasn't removed, it was the party play bonus that was, which was kept here due to popularity. Every version has their own perks. Doesn't change anything.

It's not like eMS won't be getting a 4th line either. These kind of updates tend to make it to all versions since it origniated from the source.

@Ning987 It's not an Eye of Fire, it's a Small Flame. Used to summon a new skill and attack with it . You must use that skill to kill particular monsters/objects. Yup, the monsters here are a random mix of CWK, Haunted House, El Nath, LHC/LKC, Ellin Forest, Ludibrium, Leafre, Kerning City and a few they made theirselves I think (WHOA!)
@November19 Thing is, full empress set costs more than 4 bil mesos. This costs time and about 1 bil.
@Mirabosh We've got 3 new THIRD TIER rings, and a pottable shoulder. Also, a cape that beats Empress Cape. Many noobs like me might go and use this set <3.
