I haven't seen to many kaisers in mardia. Maybe like 2 or 3 but they are afk in DI. As to the ksing part.
I haven't ksed anyone's map. I mostly see beast tamer ksers. Kaiser are fun and hard to fund. I like it.

Yah I'll agree on the hayato statement. I just started a kaiser(maining a hayato). And it's rough. I went from capping on bosses as a shadower, to having fun but having the worst damage imaginable as a hayato.

That being said, OT: Kaisers are very viable bossers. They have everything that makes them excellent bossers but the cost to play them is pretty high in my opinion. I was told a kaiser with standard 85% pdr, 250% boss, 2m 2m range and like what 12k str hits 10m per line on hellux? I don't know the exact numbers but those are my estimates. I main phantom too and they're not the strongest in the world either so this is nothing new to me. I'm up for the challenge and the different attacks kaisers have are just so fun.

Then again, who cares about hitting high? Honestly, if I got a kaiser to 2m~2m range hitting 10m per line, it would be strong enough to solo most every boss in the game minus dorthy/hellux/cvel. Those would come with extra funding. I'd go on a hunch and say that if a kaiser were to hit 15-18m per line on gigas, they would be able to solo chaos vellum so that argument that they're "hard to fund" isn't exactly fully correct anyways.[/quote]

Okay... Just saw this thread. This is accurate lol... I have less boss (190%) but more STR (15.8k) and the results are painful on hellux gem.

How are Kaisers hard to fund? It's been a very good while since I played but I can't think of anything that would put them above other classes other than 2H swords which were always expensive, I guess.

For the glory of kaiser

I think Kaisers are just boring in my own opinion, especially training up to 4th or so. I tried playing it and leveling one, but it was too hard because all you could do was ctrl spam, but otherwise the class still seems fun and good later on.

For a guy who plays all of the warrior classes, Kaiser is fun to play as.

I've hit 4:53 in Dojo before, but that was last year around April... Idk about now, since I have to fund my character again, But I'm pretty sure Kaisers
can get the best time in dojo over everyone else. It would just require some practice.

Kaisers probably aren't as popular as they once were because there are other classes that are seemingly "easier" to fund and play
Although, we are in no way a dying class. It just may be your world that has none, because every day I see more than 10 kaisers in Windia.

Kaisers are in no way a dying race at all. At least not in windia I see plenty of them every day. When grinding links I see them at every level all the way up to dipq and future heney and afk at magnus, gollux, everywhere, you name it. If you see a character holding a 2 handed sword, 9/10 times it will be a kaiser, not a hero.

Heroes are the ones dying, I see once like twice a week, kaisers are everywhere. Windia has some of the strongest kaisers in gms, come here and ull see what I mean.

Let's say we take a Kaiser and a Night Lord, both with 1.60% min and max critical damage.

To hit cap on Gigas with that critical modifier and including the hyper skill, a Kaiser will need a clean range of 9,300,595~.
To hit cap on Quad Star with that critical modifier and including the hyper skill, a Night Lord will need a clean range of 6,889,329~.

I know all of Kaiser's buffs aside from Final Form give him about a total of a 135%~ damage boost which lowers the range to 6,889,329~. (Wow, those numbers are identical, I didn't plan on that being like that.)
Ergo, it is easier to hit cap on a class like Night Lord much easier than it is to hit cap on Kaiser in terms of raw numbers. The disparity of price between %Luk and %Str plays a factor, but I don't think enough to level the playing field.
