How to calm down from being upset?
I am so pissed off that I have a fever, I'm bedridden and my body literally will not stop shaking. What are ways to calm down. Thank you for those who are actually going to help. Also I do not want to explain the situation I'm too upset to even bother explaining why I'm pissed of. :x

Sometimes I pour all of the angst in my soul into a drawing and it somehow ends up looking pretty darn good.

Do things that make you happy
Eat your favorite snacks, watch your favorite movie or show, etc

Take a nap.

Listening to relaxing/happy music helps. Talking to one person about your problem will likely help too Remeber that this anger is only temporary, no matter how bad it feels right now, and that it'll pass and you will move on from it
You might be hyperventilating. Take deep breaths. Breathe in for four seconds, hold it for four seconds, breathe out for four seconds, hold it for four seconds, repeat. Do that a few times and your breathing will return to normal.
Take a shower always makes me feel better.
