how to permanently have gelled hair?
I am an asian male with bangs. Surprise right? My bangs are around 2-3 inches long and i want to know if they can be gelled using minimal amounts of gel.
Would wearing a hat all day do it? What do I do if I wash my hair?

Blow dry and put American Crew Paste in. Blowdry / Comb in direction you want and bingo. Your modern quiff.
@StomachUlcers: it shouldn't
ok, depending on how thin your hair is is how much gel you should use. Put on a hat (bill backwards) and take your hands with a little jell on them and push your bangs up against the hat. It stays all day long, though my hair doesn't need gel.
will the wind or walking around/running around mess it up?
blow dry it to form it

super glue should do the trick
well, i know someone who always put gel on for years. Now it's stuck like that.
