How do you guys manage your time
__It's been a long time since I've posted.__
For those still in school, how do you guys manage your time efficiently with studies? I'm having a difficult time with managing my time, so I'd like to generally hear how others do it.

@dorks Yeah awakening ost is pretty sweet even though I haven't played the game lol
for important dates, like dentist appointments or counselor meetings, i put it down on the calendar of my phone. otherwise, i write down my assignments in my notebook. i do most of my school assignments at school in the library and finish off the rest at home. for studying, if im confident in the material, i start 2-3 days before the test. otherwise, a week. this leaves me an hour or so to play video games or browse the internet at night before i go to sleep. but i still need to make sure i do my work.
I don't manage my time and that is why I am mess
Sleeping less.
1. Full time job
2. TV
3. Video games/anime (i try not to watch anime too much because i can't stand waiting for an arc to finish and move on to the next, i rather watch once every now and then and binge)
I keep a planner of all my assignment due dates, test dates, social events etc. so I never miss a deadline. I do my assignments as early as possible incase I run into difficulties so I'll have time to go to my TAs or prof. A large part of it is exercising self-control to actually do all your work and not play video games or partying.
write a list of all tasks for the week
also helps if you tryna go to med school, pressure from peers and taking 5min chill breaks seem to work for me. also getting no sleep and grinding when necessary
When l was in school, l used the Reminders app on my iPod and listed everything important l had to do, and set reminders when needed.
The google calendar is a life saver, I use it to record every single thing.
I take breaks when studying for example: 50min study 10min break - I use the app SelfControl (OSX) (ColdTurkey for Windows) so that I don't get distracted and browse on my laptop or whatever.
weekends are for catching up on sleep and also to catch up on work.
ya
I really don't, and I don't know how.
i've made my schedule so that i wake up basically at the same time every day on the weekdays. so like on tues/thurs i normally dont have class at 9 am but i intern at a kindergarten so i'm up at 7:30 for food
if i hav breaks b/t classes i dont come home n eat campus/off campus food n study @ library
same with if i have club activities after
i also bring my 3ds if i need a break
o and i downloaded a bunch of fire emblem extended bgms n thats my only music on phone but it helps w/ concentration. theres no lyrics so ya
i wake up every mornin n do wtf i want! prtty much
school:
6am-3pm go to school and come back
3pm-9pm play video games / watch gameplay
9-12pm do HW once done play games / watch gameplay
12am sleep.
basically once you get into a system of doing stuff you know what to do.
I have a macbook: I used the calendar app, and I fill it up with test dates, assignment due dates, etc. for the whole semester. I also have a To-Do-List app, where I can put down what I need to for the week.
Plan out study/homework nights and free days. Ex: For every test, I put in atleast 2 nights worth of studying (3-5hours each night)
I do not play video games during the week. ALWAYS catch up with homework, assignments, extra reading ahead on weekends. Never waste a weekend. This will alleviate stress.
Always finish assignments, essays, as soon as possible when first assigned no matter what due date.
This is for any student who have a heavy work load. (which I do)
Lets see.... I usually try to do all my homework at school with my buddies then go play football after that.
stop playing bideo bames
