This is by far the slowest training job, you have no multi-hit mob skill until 3rd job. They have such poor mobbing abilities that I wouldn't be surprised if people complained about how slow it is training them up to 100.
In other words, it's pre-Justice Night Lords all over again, people should be mobbing all over NWs like hotcakes!

I believe it was because they missed, they activated the attack before the dojo boss spawned.

In any case, class doesn't even look that appealing. NL with a new coat of paint.

@lKingAura: I literally defined the scope of my rant -> Quint throw vs Quad throw

You brought in "PLUS the bat comunion triggering faster with more shadow clones."

which clearly has nothing to do with what I'm talking about o.o

@lKingAura:

Which part of comparing quad throw vs quint throw do you not understand?
Its not about the %s, many players can 50m caps now. also when you get your shadow partner on quad throw thats 8 lines, on quint throw thats 10 lines (2 more) and finally his hypers help that quint throw with shadow partner x4 making NL totally useless to the expert eye.

Edit: scratch that, its x6 throw with the hyper making the shadow partner hit 12 lines > 8 lines the NL has PLUS the bat comunion triggering faster with more shadow clones.
Here is an more "expert eye" for you:

With your assumption that everyone caps (every hit is a cap):

Quad throw (5 hits with hyper, 70% damage SP): 425m

Quint throw (6 hits with hyper, 60% damage SP): 480m

That's a 13% increase in damage

As for the damage done by the 4x SP hyper:

-2nd SP: 30m x 5= 150m
-3rd SP: 20m x 5= 100m
-4th SP: 10m x 5= 50m
-> 300m extra damage 10% of the time (skill lasts 30 seconds, with a 300 second cool down) => 30m on average

So overall, looking at the damage per hit of JUST quad/quint throw, assuming every hit caps:

NL: average of 425m per quad throw
NW: average of (480+30) 510m per quint throw

So NW hits 20% more than NL

Yay, still not as OPed as I wanted them to be

I purposely excluded bats since their procurance chance and effect on bosses is pretty ambiguous atm
What exactly happened at the end there?
What did that hyperskill do besides change the background?
Dominion: Maximize the power of darkness, creating a supernatural area. [required level: 170]

Level 1: 720% damage 10 times on up to 15 enemies. You will become invincible while attacking. Your attacks for the next 30 seconds will instantly create the max number of Mark of Darkness stacks, and Shadow Bats will be summoned. Cooldown of 300 seconds.

NW with Quintuple Throw + That Last Hit Bonus attack...Sextuple throw?

so far, out of the two[NW/BW] BW seems much more impressive, especially considering it gets DoT and platform coverage.

I'm not that impressed... I was hoping for another Xenon OPedness release

Damage per quad/quint throw:

NL: 3040%

NW: 3312% -> 10% difference

Sure NW hypers are cooler, but they come with a 5 minute cool down

I guess the only advantage of going to NW would be the res/ bind skills

That hyper skill alone is enough for me to want to play.
