Technically Stardust Crusaders was basically confirmed (no OFFICIAL announcement, but a leak, and the sales from the first two arcs plus the fact that it's friggin part 3 of JoJo confirms itself).
It's clear as day that the chart is a fake, considering 100% of the titles on the chart are unconfirmed adaptions/continuations.
Aku no Hana season 2.....LOL this alone confirms the chart is fake.
Also, Nana to Kaoru sounds like it should be H, not an anime they could actually air.

Full Metal Panic S4 in any future line-up is the ultimate confirmation that it's fake.
I think I'll wait a few months before being falsely excited. Yotsuba& and Prism? Sounds too good to be true.
