am i just misunderstanding
so theres this girl that i really like, and shes actually aware of this cuz word got around and somehow she knows now. And whenever my class is over, she waits for me in front of my class so we can walk to our next class together (even if i come out really late). In real life we actually talk quite a bit and she always waits for me after classes. So me being pretty dumb decided to message her outside of school. Whenever i do though, she replies pretty late and replies with pretty short sentences.
What do you think basil? Am i friendzoned? welp

that's why I never text unless they text me first or its important, I always talk in person because when it comes to texting, girls are unpredictable. Ive had these scenarios, once a girl flirted with me through text but turned out to be just being a hoe, and another time, this other girl never replied or kept a boring short conversation but turned out to like me. you just never know, so what I would do in your case is turn off your phone and see how far your social skills will take you and knowing that she always waits for you and always talks she's probably interested. If you can look into her eyes for a good 6 or 7 seconds in silence without it being awkward, chances are your in the clear.

I wouldn't think too much about it, it could be that she's just not good at keeping a conversation going via text and is better in person, which is really good! Cause on dates things can get a bit tense and if you have someone easy to talk to and who can keep a conversation going, you'll have a good time! ^^

and yes she always answers and keeps it going but i can generally tell i have to keep thinking about what to talk about because she doesnt really bring up a new topic
