It is not impossible that he was using an empty train in the end.

As for the truck, the cabin was undamaged. As a telekinesis user, he could have diverted the truck over himself and the girl, slowing it at a more gradual rate and not killing the driver. It is possible that he could even neutralize the momentum all together, eliminating the risk of causing injury to the driver.

Placing the truck down in that position would not have killed the driver, granted it would make his exit more difficult.. His secret would be out by then, no reason not to place truck somewhere else.

Alternatively you could interpret it as him disposing of the earlier witnesses by killing them on the train

This video was not serious one bit. I was just making a little bit of fun out of it. I don't actually think Kinesis is a terrorist.
