Is this sleep paralysis

I've been hesitant on talking about this, but I think it's time.

This has been happening at least once every other day and I'm starting to get worried.

I think I'm a victim of sleep paralysis. I'll share some of my experiences with you, and if you can, please tell me if this is sleep paralysis or not.

Before I start: All of these have happened to me, none are made up.

First dream: This was the first time I thought I had sleep paralysis. I'm in my room. I know I'm dreaming. I can hear my TV on and the fan. The thing is - I can't move. I can't move at all. Something even stranger happens though. I see a dark figure at the end of my bed. Now I can't see him completely because I'm stuck on my side, but I can still see him. He's just sitting there, almost preventing me from moving. Finally I wake up sweating, even though my fan is on.

Second dream: This one is a little more... disturbing. Same thing as above, I can hear my fan, and TV but I can't move. I know I'm dreaming though. I'm on my side and can't only wiggle my toes it seems. This one dream is even stranger. There's a girl who's at the side of my bed, kind of on the ground, but her head is resting on my bed. And she just stares at me. Stares and stares and stares. She has a face but there's literally no expression. I get really hot and in my dream I throw up. I gag and vomit. But when I wake up, there's vomit, or a girl. Just me sweating to death again.

Last dream: This one scared me the most. Same scenario as above. TV, fan, sweating. But one thing's different about this dream. I can move. I know I'm dreaming so I try to get out of bed but the craziest thing happens. A dark figure, like the one in my first dream, appears. And this is what he does.

He tucks me in. He literally pulls the covers up to my chin and holds it there. NOW I can't move. And I'm sweating like crazy. This man is just a shadowy figure but I can make out his hands and how they're holding the covers up to my chin and how he's basically sitting on me, restricting my movement. After awhile I wake up, sweating as usual.

That happened last night, and I decided I wanted to ask you guys before I see anyone.

Is this sleep paralysis? And if it is, is it serious? Do I need medical attention?

Thanks if you read all that & a bigger thanks if you can help.

Maybe you should turn off your TV.

I had sleep paralysis too, but not that bad as to see any figures.

Idk about you, but when I was in sleep paralysis, I apparently was able to talk and I told my brothers to hit me and I got out.
Clearly, it wasn't a horrible case.

Second time, I got into sleep paralysis, but I couldn't talk. Therefore, I prayed to Buddha and surprisingly I got out.

Now I'm not trying to spread my religion on you, but giving some ways to help.
If you are religious, pray to whatever god that helps you sleep at night. (If you're also smart, do below)
If you're not, actually consult on a medical forum, do more research on "sleep paralysis", and ask an actual doctor.
It's not medically professional (idk if that makes sense).

One thing is for sure, you cannot die from sleep paralysis (unless you sleep with your head covered with blankets/ pillows)

That's my help. I may not be the best "doctor", but I'm trying. Give my advice a chance and see what happens.
This sounds fing badass I wish this happened to me.

I would see a doctor because obviously something is wrong. Are you on any medications? Some medications cause terrifying nightmares.
Nope, no medications. I'm just a normal teenage boy.

Turn that TV off.
Seems like you aren't able to fully fall asleep

According to some studies this happens to 30% of people in the world.

And yes, that is sleep paralysis. Syptom reports state shadowy figures of either people or animals and sometimes even demons(or what people percieve to as demons). It's completely natural.

However, the statement about the unemotional girl is a new one.

Sleep paralysis is when you wake up but can't move. You are just dreaming that you can't move.

How is this sleep paralysis, it's just nightmares. Sleep paralysis occurs when you're awake.

This sometimes happens to me when my sleeping pattern is messed up. However I do not see any dark figures and I get out of it by moving my toes first.
