Good reliable pc laptop
So my Mac finally failed on me. What is a good pc laptop that costs like $600-1000?
Also, I'm not looking at touchscreen laptops; however, I'm looking for a traditional style laptop.
Thanks

Lag has to do with network connection, not computer.
I run lag free on $400 laptop with 50mbps cable internet.
Something that's not a Mac.
Go Asus or Sony. Don't go Samsung, HP, or Toshiba

I got this Mac back in highschool as a gift.
Personally I think Would fit just about all of your possible needs. Keep in mind you haven't posted what you want it to do, only the price range, and is Best Buy acceptable? If you want I could try to find a retailer in your area, or provide a link to a online store.
Otherwise, if you don't like the one I provided, go through the catalog @Plenair provided.
Yes, I am aware it is touch screen, but its still really good anyway. If you can put up with the touch screen then go for it. If you don't like it I can find a different one.
