Is it just me or you guys fail transposing an item 30 times?

Honestly I feel like either they should lower the cost or increase the rate... People are wasting moneys of coin farming just to consistently fail the transposal. I have used all the coins I have farmed my entire life and it's still not transposed yet. The first few days I was actually hyped and was thinking I would pass it within 1 or 2 days.. after the first 5 days, I literally have no hopes of passing it. Just casually pressing the transpose button knowing it would fail anyways.
I transposed a total of 4 gear, and yea the rate is pretty low.
First item took 35 tries, next item took 8, next took 15, and then last item I did took 45.

other people took 100s of tries so no it's not 10%

Isn't the rate like 3% if you use the NPC in Commerci?
It took me one try.. o-o..
My last katara took 154 or so.
@xarkimothx: nexin wants to force you to stick around for as long as possible since it increases the likelihood of you playing more often an spending more money
