How is he not at least implying that if you're not into weeb culture and video games you won't be a good fit for the chatroom? It's a maplestory forum so, yeah, most people are interested in that, but like him, I'm not interested in any of that so I see what he's talking about. Whether he's done it multiple times, fair enough I guess.
