Anyone Confessing to someone on valentines?
This is a quite serious thread, but yeah feel free to chuck in some humour as long as it's related.
There's this girl in my community college class (Tafe for Australians) she's pretty cute, but the thing is I've like never heard her talk, never sat in the same row as her and we don't even make eye contact, she sits usually between a fat white girl and some fat Asian girl. Valentines day is in 2 days and I don't have classes on Friday, meaning I only get to see her tomorrow. I don't even know if she has a boyfriend, but she talks to this other Asian guy in the class who's fit and looks like he works out.. while me being slender. I don't really know if I should go through with this considering if she already has a bf or has a crash on the other Asian guy in my class, will make it super awkward for me.
But yeah, I'm just going think it through later tonight... So you guys planning to confess to someone you don't know or are close to?

Well no, but I wish I would kind of.
This girl (me crush) has said to me (and kind of other people at the same time) "do you ever wish you would say what you want to but you're too much of a coward to do it."
And I was like ~sarcasm mode on~ "what, noo...."
Today she said "I wish people would just confess on Valentine's day. Or I could just make myself confess." I said nothing to that because I didn't know what to say.
Sigh...we have Fri off too though and a block schedule so I won't see her til Mon.
I like this girl but i know she will say no
so no point in asking her out.

You can do what you're most comfortable with, don't let others stop you if you don't agree with it or something. I just personally find it odd yanno? After past experiences I know it's MUCH better to take everything slooooooooooooooooooooooooow (and I mean slooooooooooooooooooooow.).
It's exciting and fun and you can hardly mess up xD

I don't really care how she thinks of me, like if she thinks I'm a wierdo or a looser because we don't even talk or make eye contact. But if you don't let someone know how you feel about them, the feeling will eat into you over time and you'll wish you said it.

@Nashi: Was just going to give her some chocolates and a card that would basiclly say I think she's cute and that she doesn't have to like me, but I just wanted to let her know. But yeah, I do agree that once you do get really close to someone you can indeed "Never run fast enough" and yeah I suppose it would be creepy to call someone cute without knowing them? Really I might as well give up now
@zentai: considering you've never talked to her personally "cute" is the same shallow thing as "pretty". You only know what she gives off on the OUTSIDE, you don't know her actual REAL personality, her habits, her issues, her flaws (some people are fun at first but when you get closer... ohh boyyyyy can never run fast enough!)
Don't you think it'd come off as sort of creepy if you'd CONFESS to her without knowing her? You should have put more effort into getting to know her directly before considering further steps imo
