Does staying at home/in the room make you miserable?

I've been getting a growing feeling of that a lot lately.
I get inexplicably lazy when I'm in my room and I can barely ever get anything productive done.
The only time I get anything done is when I'm at school, work, or picking up my siblings from school.

Anyway, what about you guys?
I mean you get used to it. At first you feel great that you don't have to deal with anyone. Then it slowly devolves into feeling extreme loneliness and being unable to do anything at all. Then the thoughts eat away at you and you need to at least have some social interaction.
This cuts me deep.

That seems to be my life these days...I'm alright with that.
I really don't like people, so the home life suits me fine. Though one of these days I'll have to stop being a shut-in. Maybe a qt girl will come by and invite me to a program for saving NEETs.

When I need to get out, I hit the trails. Mountain biking is the perfect sport for me. Just me out there in the middle of nowhere. It's the best.

Well the habit of being a home person at the computer eventually ate away at my body, especially my lungs and I don't smoke. It even damaged my social life. Now my routine is based around breathing exercises, exercising in the house while I watch anime, going for a walk or hanging with my brothers friend. Its even become impossible to stay seated in my chair for 1 hour straight.

Still as long as I'm exercising and eating right it combats so many negative emotions.

I used to be like this but after getting into the habit of studying at home, it really got me to do more productive things.
I know it's easier said than done, but try studying when you get home. Just do it and eventually it will be a habit.

This is why I'm getting a Macbook to use outside of home. I'm unable to concentrate on planning out a piece at home because of how lazy I feel. I plan on going to the cafe nearby or at school and work on my art there instead.

It doesn't make me feel miserable. I'm a homebody, I love staying at home and doing nothing. It never gets old for me. The only problem I see with it is that I get so comfortable at home that I don't want to really do anything lol.

i certainly do feel that way.
Whenever im at home i just get suupppeerr lazy and all i do is stick to my computer and not do my work (hence why im failing one of my courses hehe)
I don't even talk to my friends online when im at home. I just scroll through tumblr or watch tv shows or go on youtube and search random things.
It definitely isn't healthy because it interferes with my motivation to work and eating. I am sometimes literally too lazy to leave my spot and get food.

I do a lot of my work when I'm not at home. Like at school or in the library. Perhaps its the security that I feel when I'm at home that makes me just so damn lazy.
However, does it make me miserable? Idk. I honestly feel content with just staying at home but at the same time I know I don't get anything done.

Eh, as long as social interaction happens every once in a while its not that bad.
I'd say the worst is when you have too much time to think about everything, and you start to get anxious.

I'm fine with two or three or four days. But all week is a no no.

I get cabin fever when I stay at home for too long. Gotta get up and get out. I don't like being around my family all that much so that might explain why lol

It depends whether it's because I want to stay home or if I have to stay home because I wasn't invited to something or have a lot of homework.

That's why I tend to do most of my studying/work at school, I try to let my room be a place to only sit back and do whatever. It's a psychological thing.
I also try to break that cycle by doing my what exercises I can in my room as well.
