Something simple yet helps the world for the better.. like how airplanes were invented. Thanks

cosmetic surgery using robotics for precision, makes you look like anybody you want with 100 percent accuracy
device or something to give your body 1000 percent healing capability like wolverine healing factor; preventing aging, instant heal wounds; develop immunity to unknown diseases
virtual reality system where you can build what you think in your mind; capability of interact with others across the network for lonely basilers
Probably some sort of 100% effective birth control that is forcibly administered to anyone of non-German, pure Aryan descent. The Jews and ethnic minorities are destroying our dreams of a perfect society. We must return to the eugenics, but done right this time.
Why does that remind of Mass Effect and the Krogans

I don't think simple should be used to describe airplanes. It took the wright brothers years to get their first successful airplane. And that was no simple feat.

Anyway, I have no idea of a simple invention that would be helpful, but then I'm not an inventor for that very reason. If anything, I'd say making some of the science fiction technology a reality would benefit the world. But none of those are simple by any means, and many are, more than likely, just not possible. We can dream though.

There's always something new that can be created though, it just takes the right mind(s) to do it. So I don't believe that everything useful has already been invented.

Some sort of vision aid that helps blind people see everything as well as if they had actual eyes.
Robotic lungs that can filter out polluted air (for people who live in very polluted areas such as China).
Better ways of exploring space and other planets (faster rockets).

i don't think time machines will ever be possible. if someone does create a time machine, then they should have been able to travel back to our present, which means time machines would have already been invented.
