This sounds nice. I stooped using the android I had because of the hearts.

It should be permanent.
But this is Nexon America we're talking about. There are no guarantees.

Plus, its a hot time item. They only ever come once.

KMS had this hot time, and the beryl heart they got was permanent. Assuming that it's an exact copy-paste event over to GMS, then it would be permanent.
