Well, this is my friend JusticeAura. If you're in Bera I'm sure you've heard of him. (NovaMystical, EternalEvan). Here are his traits. His traits are.... by far the highest leveled I've ever seen lol. If anyone has all traits maxed, or higher than his, I'd like to see it. xD

I'm at rank 6 right now, luckily mine was never reset. Someone I know was rank 3 and her's was reset to rank 10.

@marilanna @Kiyoshiro And by lving a profession to 10 unlearning it and relearning it you CAN max those traits in a day.
You just need a ton of patience because it's boring as can be...

no they can't be maxed in a day
yes there's a way to get past the 500 limit- by leveling professions to 10, unlearning them, then releveling them
it's pretty costly because of all the red moos you end up using

How do you raise these traits with nx? Aside from the Charm.
He may be ambitious, diligent, charming, and possess a lot of willpower, but he isn't the most empathetic or insightful. He has a lot to learn.
