Randomly Perma-banned
I was just doing my daily gollux and boom dc'd and perma-banned. I have never hacked or botted or done anything. What should I do other than submitting a ticket... If this is how my maple career ends it will be pretty frustrating. That would be like 150 dollars down the drain (I know a lot of people have spent more but at least they can enjoy their spendings...).

maybe you can ask them to wipe the equips you cubed in exchange for getting unbanned lol.
according to nexon they only banned people who mass abused the exploited cubes.

Here is the thing, send a ticket and post on the regular forums. If you nexon deems you innocent then if anything
your coming out with a ton of maple points or nothing *cough*

Yeah I got banned also. 197 (16x) when i came back 7 months ago after a year break and spent almost 200 so far lul pretty pissed </3

This has been going on for a long time. Lots of innocent people have been banned and unbanned. The process usually takes 3 days - 14 days.
Sadly, no compensation is given.
Weird though, I've never seen so many people get banned like this lately. That thread that was posted:

Yes its a glitch a few friends of mine have been banned, and recently me just now lol

A decent amount of people posting on the forums... Even if they resolve the issue I think I'm gonna end up missing 2x at the least. And attendance. Hopefully there's some compensation....

Submit a ticket reporting your situation. You must report Nexon for being a bad company and stealing your money. By reporting Nexon to Nexon you might get your account un-banned. Otherwise, write a letter of complaint about Nexon to Nexon. And if you don't get what you want, sue them for all their money.
