People will dumb ideas
You know when you are working in a group and that one kid just has to mention a really dumb idea.
I experienced this recently, but I was raised right so all I could do was nervously laugh because I didn't want to call him out on it and make him feel bad.

That is soo me even the laugh nervously part is everyone around me. Thankfully the replies in this thread have made me feel better about being that person.
OT: I really hate those people that contribute nothing to the group effort and pretend they're superior for some reason
yeah it happens. sometimes though, that dumb idea can lead to a better idea.
I'd rather someone throw out a "dumb" idea than for everyone in the group to be silent and not share any idea at all.

You know what's even worse? When a teacher who's grading you has a really dumb idea, and they want to force it on you.
One of my professors wants the game I'm working on to have ELEMENTS OF CHANCE for lower-skilled players.
Maybe he just sucks at my game.
