It's really good if ur making a new char on a world with no chars and 0 funding on it. I made a fighter on scania and it already has 871k thx to the event. And my mech has 2.6m thx to it too. I think its pretty good
i started my battlemage and by the time it was 75 i had gained over well over 10mill just from the envelopes :l how does that suck? i dont even need to fund it
I think it only sucks because you have to talk to the twice. Other than that, it's way better than the past years. I remember when the red envelope drops were less. I'll try the Y method tho.

I lol'd because you think you are a genius while basically everyone knows the NPC chat on Y trick wich is way easier.
as if you don't like it. i mean it's an easier way instead of looting money from leps. instant 1k at least. and sometimes 100k. never got the 1m =( even after 1000 envolopes. but yea they add up to more than 1m easily even 10m. i love it

Yeah it sucks. Too much clicking for 1k each.
I made a brawler. Started with 0 mesos. Ended up with 5m thanks to all the envelopes.

The only way this event could be better is if it gave EXP as well as mesos each time you turned in a red envelope.
