Crimson Queen Soul Breaks Attack Speed Cap

I recently got one of those new Root Abyss souls to play with and the Crimson Queen one immediately caught my eye.

As stated, it will provide [b]one[/b] of the buffs from the list of:
-Attack Speed Increase
-Attack/Magic Attack Increase
-"MHP/DEF" (Max HP and defense?)

Additionally, it states that it will provide another buff based on the Queen's "mood." Though, I believe this to be a grammatical issue in the way the skill description is worded.

However, after playing with the soul for about an hour [b]I've noticed certain unexpected outcomes from the buff skill.[/b]

And observations of these skills are as follows.
-It seems that the simple Attack/MAtt buff is pretty significant--if I had to guess I would say 40~60 Att. This however is a very rough estimate.
-I don't know whether or not the HP bonus is static (IE: +2000 HP) or %-based (IE: +10% HP), but I saw an increase of 3057, from 81060 to 84117, or about 4% my max HP.
-[b]There is a drain skill offered.[/b] Edit: I need to test this skill on a character who doesn't have inherent Drain.
-[b]The Attack Speed buff breaks the soft speed cap.[/b] It works like an MPE Green potion.

[b]TL;DR:[/b] Queen soul can break attack speed cap [b]or[/b] provide drain for 100 seconds. It's a good soul. With each cast you have a 75% chance of getting a good buff, with a modest cooldown.
The skill description is iffy, don't believe it to be 100% accurate.

Will it replace your Magnificent soul summon? Probably not.
Is it a good alternative until you can obtain one? Hell yeah.
